School Management System

  1. Log in to STUDENT Sphere by entering your username and password. UN: email address PW: Birthdate
  2. Change your password to one which is unique and familar to you.
  3. Scroll to timetable and register for your class by selecting the course relevant to your program, using course code, course name, course time and semester.
  4. Create your class schedule and timetable.
  5. Check your fee invoice to make sure that your fee structure and amount is correct and reflects your payments to date.

After logging in you should see your Student Portal dashboard homepage. The menu should allow you view your financial data such as your invoice and the payments done to date. It also allows you to do payments as well please see the screenshots below.

STUDENT Sphere is critical to your success at PREU POLYTECH as it is the hub that connects all aspects of your academic experience. From admission, student records, registering for class, setting up timetables/ schedules , assignment posting/ submission, quizzes, online class links, attendance to even the day to day extracurricular activities. Mastering STUDENT Sphere is essential and should not be ignored, the noticeboard and communication capabilities of STUDENT Sphere allows you to communicate seamlessly with your tutors and administrators as well as the updating of your records.

STUDENT Sphere again is central to the correct archiving of your financial records which ultimately determine your financial status within the institution. All of your payment receipts are required to be uploaded through STUDENT Sphere for final verification and approval to be added by the Finance Department.

STUDENT Sphere also provides the opportunity for parents and guardians to keep themselves informed about the performance of the child or ward. Logging into the parents portal of STUDENT Sphere allows parents to view grades, attendance, reports along with most activities that they might be engaged in. It is also an opportunity for them to communicate with the school and faculty through the noticeboard.
